GAWING MAKABULUHAN ANG A-13 ng MAYO 2019

Mahal kong mga Guro at Mga Empleyado ng Department of Education:

Mabuhay  kayo!

Angating buhay bilang guro ay parating puno ng agam-agam. 

Nag-iisip tayo parati kung tayo ay nakapagbibigay ng mabuting kaalaman sa mga estudyante, hindi lamang mabuti kundi exelente pa. 

At iniisip din natin kung di natin napababayaan ang ating mag-anak.  

Nagiging mabigat ang ating mga problema  kung hindi tayo napapansin ng mga awtoridad o kaya ay di ginagawang priority an gating kalagayan.

Kung kaya’t sa ilalim ng isang bagong adminsitrasyon, naniniwala ako na ang isang opisyal ng syudad ay magiimbestigang mabuti kung paano malulutas an gating mga problema at magbigay ng kalutasan, sa maikli o mahabang panahon.

Sa katunayan, ang QC hall ay maraming kinakaharap na problema ng mga guro.

Ang unang solusyon ay parati tayong maging gawing bukas sa pakikipag dayalogo, sa pagitan ng mga asosasyon ng mga guro, mga kooperatiba at City Hall. 

Narito ang aking mga gagawin sa kalagayan ng mga guro sa Quezon City:

1.      

tt    1. Tutulong ako sa pagtatayo ng isang bangko ng mga educational video at graphic materials na makakatulong sa pagtuturo sa mga batang sanay na sa mga kompyuter.

 2. Palalakasin ko ang pakikipag-ugnayan ng  Parents-Teachers Associations  sa City Hall;

3. Sisiguruhin kong may libreng materyales tulad ng chalk,  bond paper, at bag para sa mga estudyante. Ilan lamang ito sa mga materyales na ibibigay natin;

4. Ang mga batang galing sa mga hirap na komunidad ay bibigyan ng libreng materyales;

5. Magbibigay ako ng pondo para makapagbuo ng mga credit cooperatives para sa mga guro lamang, at sa ilalim ng COA rules, magbibigay ng start up fund ang City Hall;

6, Palalakasin ko ang ugnayan ng mga guro sa pampubliko at privadong mga eskuwelahan upang gawing pantay ang professionalism sa pagtuturo; at

 7. Magaa-asayn ako ng isang education group na nakatutok lamang sa pag monitor ng mga kaganapan sa lahat ng mga eskuwelahan sa syudad upang makatulong sa pagbuo ng mga polisia tungkol sa edukasyon.

Ako ay isa ring Educator kung kaya’t ang aking puso ay para rin sa mga guro na kumakalinga ng mga isip, damdamin, katawan, ng mga  estudyante, kasama na rin ang kanilang spiritual needs.

Sabay nating tamuhin ang ating mga mithiin/ 

Sumasainyo para sa isang mayabong na kinabukasan sa lahat ng sektor ng ating lipunan, at ng mga guro,

Dear Teachers and Employees of DEP-ED:

Greetings. 

Our lives as teachers are always fraught with anxieties. 

We worry about being a good teacher to our students , some say even excellent teacher, as well as good to our family. Both are heavy burdens especially when our salaries are not enough to pay our basic necessities and services. 

Our problems become acute when authorities are ignoring our condition or are not making them a priority. 

Hence under a new administration I believe that an official in the city could conduct an investigation that alleviate solve our economic, social, and work problems among others, and provide temporary or ultimate solutions in the long run so long as we help each other.

The point is the Quezon City hall is facing many problems of teachers in the city. 

Hence, the first solution is to keep the doors open always for conferences and discussions between teachers' associations, cooperatives and City Hall. Here are my views about the situation of teachers in Quezon City:

1.    I shall help  teachers put up a bank of educational video and graphic materials that will help them in their profession;

2.     I will strengthen parents-teachers associations with the city hall;

3.     I will insure the provision of free materials like chalk and bond papers, and bags for schoolchildren, among other things to all public schools of QC;

4.     Children coming from deprived communities shall be given free materials;

5. I will provide funds for creation of credit cooperatives for teachers alone to which City Hall, under COA rules, may contribute start up funds;

6.     Private and public school teachers shall have a strong bonding in order to equalize professionalism in teaching;  and

7.     I will assign an education group that will research all the time, as well as monitor the school activities that could help the city hall to develop educational policies.

Should you have more suggestions this administration shall remain open to all suggestions as we believe that education is the path to creating a moral conduct and a soul that feels for their fellow beings.

I am myself an Educator  and so my heart is also for the teachers who nurture students mentally, emotionally and physically, as well as spiritually.

Let us attain our similar goals together goals. I am appealing for your support on May 19, 2019.
