COUNT THE MINUTES

Poverty Hunger ClipartConceptual Cartoon Of Paranoid Businessman Protecting His Gold ...

I learned that there are 3000 seniors in our area who will be receiving P8000 you count five minutes per recipient who will get the envelope, that would be 15,000 minutes. Now, 15,000 divided by 60 minutes per 1 hour = 250 hours. Now 250 divided by 8 working hours= 31.25 days. So from April 3 when the DSWD gave the money up to May 15 is 31 days, less Saturday and Sunday. But the times are critical so the LGUs must work including Saturdays and Sundays. So now it has 34 days already since the DSWD gave the money. We should have received our Social Amelioration Cash Assistance.

Now, the question, how does the DSWD release the money - bank to bank? Which bank receives LGU money? Can the money be withdrawn  anytime and placed in another bank? Baka mas malaki ang interest kaya?

Bankers and financial wizards please help us understand why releases are not forthcoming.
