Our lack of preparation for a big crisis like the Covid 19 is very glaring. But one thing sure is that we have the budget for everything -- from PPE, to hospital beds, to quarantine areas, and many more.
In order to source the funds for the middle classes' amelioration, may I request the transparency in the purchases since the start of the crisis, the amount of commissions received by the agency/ies and the names of those who signed for their acceptance.
The norm is ten per cent I believe. so if P2million worth of expenditures, the commission would be P200,000. If P200 billion, figure it out, please.
