PAID TO PLAY

Folks, when a hacker blocks or keeps tab of my writings in the computer which I don't do in a disciplined way, as I play Free Cell first before going into my emails, does that mean, he or she plays the game also and the government pays them to play computer games also? What a great life. No sweat.
