WHEN PROTECTORS OF THE STATE ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE

All of these boils down to an anemic appreciation of democracy. The police officers who are aged thirty and above who could be casing me were born after the People Power Movement occurred in our  country and so they lack a deep commitment to the democratic processes and principles.
