IS THERE DEMOCRACY WHEN A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT INTRUDES INTO THE ELECTIONS OF ANOTHER COUNTRY?

What did Russian intrusion in the 2016 elections do to democracy?

1. It violated the right of the American people to give their permission for the current administration to operate the government;

2. It made a mockery of the representation of the citizens in the government. The representatives were rendered comical as they were left with nothing but to approve the fake elections.

3. It dismissed the rule of law, a democratic principle, as the Russian act was a lawless act, beyond the laws of any government in this world;

4. It sabotaged individual rights to vote with their conscience for the president of the United states; Image result for CLIP ART ACTIVISTS

5. It continues to inhibit checks and balances as the current affairs now show a presidency that is beholden to no one, and can dictate how it should run the government and select only the people who would not have any independent political viewpoint with regard to the Russian intrusion into the elections.

Democracy as a form of government has developed through many decades and now, it has spawned a lot of convoluted processes for declaring a criminal act of stealing the people's votes through the foulest means. Image result for CLIP ART ACTIVISTS

But the question still remains: IS THERE STILL DEMOCRACY WHEN A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT INTRUDES INTO THE ELECTIONS OF ANOTHER COUNTRY?
