International Women's Day Celebration  in German

The Civil Service Commission initiates celebration of the Women's Month, whichn is actually providing meaning to March 8 which is International Women's Day.

The usual way is for all government agencies tomhave  a tarp put up in front of their offices announcing the celebration of the minth. However the lines arenusually uniformly generic. So here is my suggestion. Let us have specific to the sector announcement per agency, like:

1. DOLE - WELCOME WOMEN WORKERS. March is our month- let us meke it meaningful. Remember March 8 - International Women's Day.

2. BFAR - WELCOME WOMEN FISHERFOLKS. LET'S CELEBRATE MARCH 8 International Women's Day and March as Women's Month!

3. Dept of Agriculture - WELCOME WOMEN FARMERS TO OUR WOMEN'S MONTH' And March 8 International Women's Month!

4. Ph Coconut Authority - MABUHAY KABABAIHAN SA NIYUGAN! Ipagdiwang natin ang buwan ng Kababaihan at Marso 8 - Pandaigdigang Araw ng Kababaihan!

5. DILG - CITY HALLS - MABUHAY ANG KABABAIHAN NG ATING LUNGSOD. Inyo ang araw na ito!

(Come to think of it, women should run the city halls at this time, similar to giving children the chance to run the city during Children's day.)

Similarly, town and barangay halls should emulate the welcoming tarps of city halls.

The question "why do we celebrate March 8?" should be raised and answered this time. Every Filipina must know the historical background of this day - that Clara Zetkin proposed on March 1910 to the Socialist International the declaration of March 8 to remember and rue the deaths of wonen workers at a New York garments factory who got burned and died during a fire at broke init. They died because the owner locked them in (they were stay in) so as to prevnt theft of garments.

6. Embassies: The Women of Finland, of UK, of USA, of MALAYSIA! of JAPAN, and all other embassies could have on their offices - windows or doors, the announcement that the Women of their Ciuntries are congratulating all Filipino Women on this month and day of March 8- International Women's Day"

7. NEDA - Welcome all Women Economists....!

8. Dept of Finance- Welcome all Women Bankers and Financiers....

9. DOJ - Welcome all Women Lawyers.....!

10. DEP-ED - Welcome all Women Teachers and Professors....!

11. Churches of all Religions - Welcome Our Faithful Women of ...(this church) in celebrating our women's month and March 8 International Women's Day!

12. DoTR  and DOTC Welcome All Women Drivers and Conductors...!

PAIGTINGIN ANG TAGISAN NG KAKAYAHANG MAMUNO

Ang eleksyong ito ay magiging mataas na batayan sa pagkakaroon ng mabuting halalan sa ating bansa. 

Bakit ko nasabi ito?

Sapagka't mapanuri na ang ating mga mamamayang botante. Dahil sa social media kung saan malaya silang nakakapagsulat ng kanilang saloobin na walang nag se censor sa kanila, mayabong ang mga talakayan. Mgatanong ng taumbayan na umaalingawngaw din at kinakalat sa ibang pangmadlang kabatiran (media) : totoo ba ang sinasabi kong nakapagtapos ka ng degree sa unibersidad na ito? IKaw ba ay hindi kasama sa narco list? Ano ang mga plano mo para sa syudad? 

Ang mga tao ay hindi na tumatanggap basta basta ng propaganda, bagkus sinusuri ito.

Pero may isang tanong na hindi inilalabas: legal ba ang kayamanang ginagasta mo para sa eleksyon? Saan mo ito nakuha? Kailan? Sino ang nagbigay sa iyo?

Huwag nating kalimutan na ang mga bilyones na mga nakaw sa mga nakaraang rehimen ay hindi pa rin naibabalik. Panahon na para alamin natin ang SALN ng lahat ng mga nais bumalik sa gubyerno. Sila ba ay magsisilbi i magpapayaman muli?

Ang Sandiganbayan ay kinakailangang ilabas na ang lahat ng SALN na yan sa ngalan ng isang malinis na halalan, sa ngalan ng pagbibigay katarungan sa taumbayan na magkaroon ng maghahalal ng mga tunay na magsisilbi ng tapat sa bayan.

Lupa at Tahanan

Sa bawa't pagbanggit ko na magtatrabaho ako para magkatitulo sa lupa ang mga tao ng QC, biglang lumiliwanag ang mga ngiti, ang mga mukha ng mga kausap ko. Yung iba sabi lilipat na sila mula sa ibang syudad at pupunta na sa QC.

Mahirap talagang magkalupa , at higit sa lahat ng tahanan sa QC sa buong NCR palagay ko. Mahal na ang mga lupa rito. Umaabot ng 4 hanggang 30 mil ang metro kadrado. Yung nabili ko ay condominium, pang limang palapag pa, samakatuwid walang lupa. Wala ring elevator. Ang laki: 15 square meters pero ang kuwenta ng construction company para magmahal ay 30 sqm kasi may mezzanine na plywood na pinatong lamang sa kisame ng unang palapag. Ligal ba yun? Kaya ang kuwenta Presyo x 30 square meters. Pero ang lupa ay nasa ground floor.

Matapos ang tatlong taon nabayaran ko ang buong halaga na umabot sa 350000. Nakaya kong bayaran kc nakapagturo ako sa College of St. Benilde ng apat na klase ng pilosopiya. At ang laki talaga ng suweldo ko. Buwan-buwan nakakabayad ako ng malaking halaga. Salamat Brother Andrew (Sumalangit nawa ang kaluluwa niya) at Beny Estepa. Salamat lalo na kay Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma, sumalangit nawa ang kaluluwa niya. Siya ang pinuno ng Quezon Institute noon at siyang may-ari ng lupa. 

Singkuenta anyos na ako ng nagka condominium. Yung iba, idad sisenta, otsenta ay wala pa ring pabahay. Kung undereducated ang isang indibidwal, malamang ang trabahong makukuha niya ay maliit ang suweldo at di makasasapat na pambayad buwan buwan sa amortization. Kaya uupa na lang sila.

Napakahirap ang walang lupa at tahanan. Ang mga kasama ko sa asosasyong Makamasa sa Tundo noon hindi nakakatulog ng mahimbing dahil anytime maaaring dumating ang Metrocom at i demolish ang bahay nila. Gustong ipagbili ang lupa sa pribadong mga korporasyon.

Tawag sa kanila noon ay "squatter" na pinalitan at ginawang higit na makatao sa pagdaraan.ng panahon - "urban poor" o kaya ay "informal settlers" ayon kay Rambo Labay ng DZXL na nag interview sa akin noong Linggo ng Pebrero 24, 2019 sa kanyang programa alas otso ng umaga. (Sinamahan ako ni TD na nangungupahan dito sa QC ngunit hirap makabayad ng bed space kada buwan.

Natatandaan ko pa noon ang mga pabahay sa Tundo ay nakatirik sa matubig na putik na siya ring daluyan ng mga toilets nila. At sa gabi, kapag may bagyo, nagpapayong kami ni Ka Sela sa kama niya kc yung ulan lumulusot sa butas ng bubong.

Pero sa kabaitan ni Padre Sean, ang pari sa San Pablo Church, na humingi ng tulong sa Brot fur die Welt (Bread for the World) sa Alemanya at iba pang organisasyon nabili ang lupa at naipamahagi sa mga tao, at nabigyan pa sila ng pampatayo ng pabahay. Up and down, kuwarto sa taas at sala at kusina sa baba. Ang laki ng pamilya ni Ka Sela, limang anak at may mga asawa at anak pa yung dalawa. Pero nagkasya sila doon. Sa salas natutulog ang iba.

Kung nagawang magka pabahay at lupa ang mga taga Tundo puede rin itong gawin sa QC. Naiisip ko yung parking building sa QC Hall, pwedeng gayahin ang design, four floors, at lagyan ng mga kuwarto at ipagbili sa mga may kagyat na pangangailangan.

Yung mga bakanteng lote naman sa QC ay puwedeng hingin o bilhin sa mga pribado at pampublikong nagmamayari at ipagbili sa mga nangangailangan. Mahirap bang gawin yan? Huwag lang mapasukan ng mga korap na gagawing palabigasan ito, maraming maliligayahan sa mundong ito.

Ang lupa ay tig 100 sqm at malamang 3 hanggang 4 na libo per square meter. lalakarin kong maging 2% interest lamang sa Pag-ibig ang loan.

PAGBABAGO SA ELEKSYON MAY0 2019

Minamahal natin ang ating bansa. Kahit na ang mga akababayan natin na nasa mga banyagang bansa ay matiyaga pa ring umuugnay sa atin sa pamamagitan ng pakikinig sa radyo tulad ng DZXL, at panonood ng computer screens na may teleradyo at telebisyon.

Malungkot ang mangibang bansa subali't hamon sa ating mga kababayan ang magkaroon ng magandang kinabukasan ang kanilang mga pamilya at mapaaral lalo na ang kanilang mga anak. 

SA mga kapwa ko kandidato, magbigay tayo ng pag-asa sa ating mga kababayan na ang Mayo 2019 ay magdadala ng bagong kinabukasan sa kanila at hindi na sila kinakailangan pang lumabas ng ating lupa. 

Bigyan natin sila ng magagandang aral na nanamnamin nila sa ngayon hanggang sa Mayo at sa mga mananalo, isumpa nating lahat ng ipinangako natin ay maibibigay natin sa kanila at ang mga pangako ay matutupad o tutup[arin natin sa abot ng ating kaya ng walang tongpats na kasama.

Folks if you find repetitive paragraphs in my blog, please consider them as hazards of the trade. Sometimes I wonder where else, whatever social space I may turn to to escape from their politically predatory ways. I am now campaigning for the position of QC mayor, a very legitimate public act and still this is happening to me. God, should I bother you about these earthly problems? Please answer me.

RENDERING FULL MEANING TO PEOPLE POWER

Greetings. The strength of democracy rests on the folowing: 1. people's response to all socio-political and economic phenomena that affect them; 2. the openness and availability of avenues for responding whether public or private. In the field of telecommunications, I believe that all industrial partners should have space for people's responses and complaints. 

Today, i opened my email and found out that a complaint of mine against an arrogant corporate employee bounced back yet it was addressed to the highest officer in their hirarchy. Instead my complaint was returned by customercare the very section charged to receive all uncaring acts that the public encounters at their commercial outlets.

Then i surfed the Dept of Information and Communications Technology and found its emails closed.

I think the people are tired of attending the People Power celebrations because they have not seen steps to realize its concrete meaning and import in their lives. Hence, may 

I address this to President Duterte|

1. Please require all government agencies to have their email addresses and telephones open 24-7. Businesses which have worldwide connections need this kind of feature for their commercial transactions to prosper properly;

2. Please order the DICT to require all businesses to have the same features. Our people need encouragement to be active in participating in the affairs of the government as well as tools - addresses, names of in charge, emails, celfone numbers and telephone  lines with which they can direct their reactions; 

3. all government personnel must be trained to answer such respjnses i the best nurturing and polite ways in order to maintain a harmonious relationship with the people; 

4. Please put a timetable for action/s on people's responses and complaints; and lastly, 

5. Put sanctions against individual employees and agencies who do not implement the above in order to make them see and act on people's complaints with great discipline, purpose, and dispatch.
