WORLD ARREST/CAPTURE OF ASSAD

Syria has definitely committed the use of chemical weapons in its civil war and a great number have been victims of the act. The various nations are one in the belief that Syria is guilty of the attack which is highly contrary to world rules on war engagements. While it is commendable that these nations believe the report on the use of these weapons, a kind of mass destruction as it does not discriminate as to who or what would be victimized, many are not convinced of attacking the Syria at this time.

 I can understand that the formal government structures are wary of using force in invading Syria as they could be targets of Al Quaida and other terrorist groups which are sympathetic to Assad. However, all citizens of democratic nations can be united and contribute $1 each for the arrest and/or capture of Assad and all his cohorts for violating the tenets of the United Nations. All citizens of the world who value democratic principles must participate in this endeavor to make the Assad regime pay for their crimes against their own people. 

We need to act as one world. The stance of the United States through the President is commendable however she opens herself to attacks of the terrorist groups. However, if it is the world versus Assad, then the groups will have nothing else to do but submit to the will of the peoples of the world. 

So let the arrest and/or capture of Assad and his cohorts begin. REWARD
