Some young boys have learned the art of swiping at women's chests and pretending that they are talking to someone else. These are rotten eggs in the computer industry and should be wrung out of the internet shops.
Help! DEP-ED please include sexual harassment as a subject for deep and serious study in every grade.
DTI - please require establishments to have notices about respecting women and the punishments for violators.
also include the hotline that women can call up to report violators.
