PHILIPPINES for RESPONSIVE GOVERNANCE-THIRDFORCE
Many groups have arisen in the Philippines clamoring for changes in governance. Good Governance, Moral Governance and now, RESPONSIVE Governance. We all have one thing in common -- a change of philosophy in governing from corrupting, corruptible and corrupt to one that is populist, considering the real needs of the people to alleviate poverty, raising their consciousness as well as delivering them from the many ills in society.

The PNP intelligence group here is hellbent in curbing my writings although I even have suggestions for the problems of the country. You see how truncated their idea of democracy is?
